I usually assume at least one of my go-to shades will be sold out, but this time everything I needed was in stock. Found them quickly, and checkout was smooth with no weird hiccups.

I ordered from Urban Decay kind of expecting the usual wait, so I wasn’t really thinking about it much after checkout. Then suddenly, like two days later, the package was already at my door. I actually had to double-check because I wasn’t expecting it that soon. Everything was packed nicely too, nothing weird or damaged. Anyway, super happy with how fast it got here. No complaints at all.

For me, this is one of those easy yes decisions. The quality is good for the price, so I don’t really have to overthink it, it just feels worth it every time...

I ordered a couple things from urbandecay.com and the packaging felt solid. The box was sturdy, nothing was rattling around, and overall it gave me a good feeling when I opened it.

The palette itself was wrapped well and the makeup was completely fine, which was the main thing I cared about. No broken shades, no powder everywhere, none of that annoying mess. There was just this small dent on the outside box that kind of bothered me for some reason.

It wasn’t a huge deal, but for the price I was expecting it to show up looking a little more perfect. I’m still happy with the order, just had that slight feeling of wishing it arrived cleaner.

The products seem real and the checkout felt secure, so that was nice. Delivery did take its sweet time, but I guess patience is part of the experience.

I ordered one of the palettes from urbandecay.com, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. The biggest thing for me is how easily the colors actually show up. I don’t feel like I have to keep dipping back into the pan over and over or spend forever building the shade just to make it noticeable. Even the shimmer shades come through really bright, which I appreciate because sometimes shimmers look in the palette but barely show up once you apply them. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing dramatic or frustrating there. Overall, I’m really glad I bought it because the color payoff is genuinely good, and that’s the main reason it feels worth it to me

I’ve tried so many brands and shades, and these are the first ones that actually feel like they were made for my skin tone!!! The match is so good and it looks really natural on me!!! So happy I found these!!!

I had to return a shade that just didn’t really work for me. The return process was easy overall, and the refund showed up after about a week or so. Not the fastest thing ever, but honestly... it wasn’t a big deal.

I’ve ordered from Urban Decay a few times now, i like that they’re really clear about being cruelty free. The vegan stuff is easy to spot too, like actually easy, easy, which makes shopping way less of a hassle.
The packaging isn’t totally perfect yet, but it does feel like they’re trying and not just pretending or hiding things. My orders have always shown up fine, and I feel good, good about buying from them...

I’ve picked up a few Urban Decay products now, mostly eyeshadow and setting spray, and I’m convinced their quality is legit. The eyeshadows go on so smooth, blend easily, and I swear they do not get patchy on me at all.

The setting spray is absolutely my favorite, no question. My makeup stays in place way longer when I use it, like it’s not even up for debate. It’s definitely not the cheapest, but I’m 100% sure I’m getting what I paid for, and I’ve been really happy with it

Well... I ordered a few things from Urban Decay i’m impressed. The eyeshadow blends really easily and didn’t go patchy on me, which is always a win. The setting spray actually kept my makeup looking decent all day, and even my eyeliner didn’t budge. Overall, I’m happy with everything I got.

Everything was technically correct and there weren’t any major issues with the order, but the way it was described made me expect something a bit different. So while I did get what I ordered, I still walked away feeling kind of misled.
